The Bainbridge Middle School eighth-grade Bearcats basketball team dropped a 54-26 decision to the Pelham Middle School eighth-grade Hornets on Monday, in Pelham, Ga.

The Bearcats were led by point guard Tyler Jackson, with 12 points. Guard Milton Grayle and center Damien White scored five points apiece and forward Dalvin Spivie and point guard Ladon Crankfield scored two each.

The Bearcats will return to action Thursday, Dec. 6, when they travel to Leesburg, for a game against the Lee County Middle School eighth-grade Trojans.

After a Monday, Dec. 10, road game against the Miller County Middle County eighth-grade Pirates in Colquitt, Ga., the Bearcats will return home for a Wednesday, Dec. 12, rematch with the Pelham Middle School eighth-grade Hornets.
