Shown are: front row, left to right, Broc McVay, Brad Cox, Chase Harris, Tae Ross and Josh Moorehead; middle row, left to right, Donnell Butler, Bennett Enfinger, Eric Conner, Ben Cox and Perry Waddell; in the back is Grayson Graham.

Coach Lisa Enfinger’s Bainbridge High School Bearcats and Lady Cats cross-country teams turned in some good efforts Saturday at the Lee County High School Trojans and Lady Trojans Invitational Meet, in Leesburg, Ga.

The Bearcats’ Chase Harris and Tae Ross were third and 12th overall and Lady Cats’ sisters Amy and Paige Braswell were seventh and eighth overall.

The Bearcats and Lady Cats will be hosting a home meet Saturday, Sept. 22, on the Bainbridge High School campus.

“The course was a little longer at the Leesburg meet,” Enfinger said. “The distance was 3.35 miles rather than the normal 3.1 miles.”
