Coach Mike Harrell’s Grace Christian Academy Lady Cougars basketball team defeated Albany’s Byne Christian Academy Saints, 55-15 Tuesday, Jan. 24, at Perry Memorial Gymnasium.

Leading the way for the Lady Cougars was Emma Heard with a game-high 15 points. She hit 4 of 9 two-point field goal attempts, one three-point field goal attempt and was 4-of-4 from the free-throw line.

Also hitting in double figures for the Lady Cougars were Rachel Harrell and Emilee Murr with 11 points apiece.

Harrell hit 4 of 9 two-point field goal attempts and 1 of 3 three-point field goal attempts.

Murr hit 4 of 6 two-point field goal attempts and was 3-of-4 from the free throw line.

Caylin Walsingham added six points, Shelby Woodrum put in five, Jocelyn Jacobs contributed four and Perra Harrell scored two.
