Coach Chad Smith’s Bainbridge High School Bearcats wrestling team finished their regular season with a solid performance at Cairo High School’s tournament on Saturday, Jan. 28.

Senior Kole Gilbourn, who wrestles in the 132-pound weight class, won a second-place medal in his last regular-season tournament.

This Saturday, Feb. 4, the Bearcats will travel to Leesburg, Ga., for the Region 1-AAAA tournament at Lee County High School. Several Bearcats will be seeded and expected to move on to sectionals Saturday, Feb. 11, at Northside-Columbus High School.
