Lady Cats to host Summer Blast

Coach Eugene Singletary’s Bainbridge High School Lady Cats softball team will host its Summer Blast Tournament Monday, June 20, through Thursday, June 23, at Bill Reynolds Sports Park.
Monday’s action will begin with a 1 p.m. game between the Lanier County junior varsity and the Early County junior varsity on field No. 1.
At 3 p.m., there will be a game between the Lady Cats junior varsity and the Lanier County junior varsity on field No. 2, and a 3 p.m. game between the Miller County and Early County varsities on field No. 3.
Also on Monday, 5 p.m. games are scheduled between the Lanier County and Early County varsities on field No. 3 and the Thomasville and Lady Cats varsities on field No. 4.
Monday’s action will conclude with 7 p.m. games between the Lady Cats and Miller County varsities on field No. 1 and the Lanier County and Thomasville varsities on field No. 2.
Tuesday action will begin with a 1 p.m. game between the Lanier County and Seminole junior varsities on field No. 4 and continue with a 3 p.m. game between the Lady Cats and Seminole County junior varsities on field No. 4.
Three 5 p.m. games are scheduled Tuesday. They will feature the Lady Cats varsity against the Lanier County varsity on field No. 1, the Seminole County varsity against the Cairo varsity on field No. 2 and the Lady Cats junior varsity against the Lanier County junior varsity on field No. 3.
Tuesday’s action will conclude with 7 p.m. games between the Lady Cats and Cairo varsities on field No. 3, and the Seminole County and Lanier County varsities on field No. 4.
The tournament will continue Wednesday at 1 p,m. with a game between the Lady Cats and Lanier County junior varsities on field No. 1.
Wednesday 3 p.m. action will feature games between the Lady Cats and Early County varsities on field No. 2 and the Lanier County and Thomasville varsities on field No. 4.
Wednesday action will continue with 5 p.m. games between the Early County and Lanier County junior varsities on field No. 3, the Robert F. Monroe and Thomasville varsities on field No. 4, and conclude with 7 p.m. games between the Early County and Lanier County varsities on field No. 1 and the Lady Cats and Early County junior varsities on field No. 2.
Thursday’s final day of action will begin with 3 p.m. games between the Cairo and Seminole County varsities on field No. 1 and the Lady Cats and Seminole County junior varsities on field No. 2.
Thursday’s final two tournament games will be a 5 p.m. encounter between Lady Cats and Seminole County varsities on field No. 4, and a 7 p.m. encounter between the Lady Cats and Cairo varsities on field No. 3.
