Lions Skeet Shoot Feb. 5

The 12th annual Bainbridge Lions Club Charity Skeet Shoot For Sight will be Saturday, Feb. 5, at Sharber Range.

The shoot, which will benefit the Lions’ sight conservation projects, will get underway at 7 a.m. Competition will be among four-person teams.

Team registration fee is $250, and corporate sponsorships are also available.

Eight teams have already committed to take part in the shoot, which are Georgia Gulf Sulfur, Circle B Construction, Peoples South Bank, State Farm Insurance, Harrell King Heating and Air Conditioning, Five Star Federal Credit Union, Calvary Lions Club and Mike Floyd Paving.

Lions Shoot For Sight Chairman Don Sickmon said additional team slots are available, and they can accommodate as many as 15 teams.

Entry fees should be submitted on or before Jan. 28.

Proceeds from the shoot will assist the Lions Club in providing glasses and hearing aids and making optical operations available to needy individuals.
