The Bainbridge Middle School seventh-grade Bearcats and Lady Cats basketball teams will open their seasons Tuesday against the Thomas County Central Middle School seventh-grade Yellow Jackets and Lady Yellow Jackets on the road.

The girls game will begin at 4:30 p.m., and the boys game will follow immediately.

Coach Patrick Clark’s Bearcats will feature some excellent shooters and ball handlers including Jadarius Murphy, Kemron Pugh, Russell Wheeler, Tre’Vares Stubbs, Myles Thomas and Jasquez Smith.

Other squad members poised to contribute are Tyler Jackson, Bryce Williams, Tyree Crump, Dontavious Jones, Jaykari Rozier, Deandre Miller, Dayquis Hampton, Jeantavious Jeanty and Curtis Keaton.

Among those leading the Lady Cats attack Tuesday will be Nicoletta Anderson, Shamyra Anthony, Arian Brown, Kalynn Butler, Robyn Cannon, Lateveya Cooper, Alexis Gaines and Asia Gordon.

Also ready to contribute for the Lady Cats were Taylor Greene, Rickia Hughes, Christine Reaves, Briana Salem, Tamera Stubbs and Derrical Williams.
