Precila Rodriguez won a $50 savings bond from First National Bank of Decatur County after customers voted her drawing on peanuts the best. Presenting Rodriguez with the savings bond is Donna Kelley, vice president of the bank. Rodriguez is a third-grade student at Elcan-King Elementary School. Third-grade teacher Teresa Odom had her students participate in the Georgia Peanut Bank Week on Oct. 11-15 when the drawings were on display.
