No services are planned for Doris R. Parmenter, 81, of Brinson, Ga., who died Thursday, Dec. 30, 2010, at Memorial Hospital.

Mrs. Parmenter was born March 4, 1929, in Enon, Ohio, the daughter of William Edward Waterman and Josephine Modar Waterman. She was a graduate of Enon High School, Class of 1947, a homemaker, and a member of the Order of the Eastern Star. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold D. Parmenter.

Survivors include her son, William Parmenter and his fiancée, Patricia Green, of Albany, Ga.; her grandchildren, Jeffery Lynn Parmenter and his wife, Amber, of Jacksonville, Fla., Michelle Renee Parmenter of Evansville, Ind., and Elizabeth Turner and her fiancé, Wayne Cooper, of Albany; and her great-grandchildren, Anabelle Leigh Parmenter of Jacksonville and Rodney David Cooper of Albany.
