Billie Joe Manley Dempsey, 68, of Donalsonville, died Aug. 22 at Donalsonville Hospital. A funeral service for Mr. Dempsey will be held Saturday, Aug. 29, at 11 a.m. at St. Matthew Missionary Baptist Church. Interment will follow at Oak Lawn Cemetery. Moore Funeral Home in Donalsonville is in charge of funeral arrangements.
