Graveside services for Robert “Heavy” Gilstrap, 60, of Brandon, Texas, will be held at 3:00 pm on Friday. December 28, 2012 at Hillcrest Cemetery.  Robert passed away on Friday, December 21, 2012 in El Paso, Texas.  He lived in Bainbridge for many years.

Survivors include his wife, Tammy Gilstrap of Brandon, Texas; three sons, Robert Gilstrap of Gainesville, Fla., David Davis of Waynesville, N.C., and Christopher Davis of Brandon, Texas; two daughters, Dulcie Morales of Okeechobee, Fla., and Mandy Binkley of Reynolds, Ga.; two brothers, Edwin Gilstrap of Bainbridge and Bobby Gilstrap of Perry, Ga.; and six grandchildren.

McLeighton Funeral Service of Reynolds, Texas, is in charge of arrangements.
