With the heart of a caregiver, Virginia spent her days taking care of anyone that would let her. She worked with the children in her church, taught Sunday School for over 40 years and participated in prison ministry. She facilitated crafts at Decatur County Senior Center and spent time getting to know each participant. Virginia was an excellent cook paying special attention to what her grandchildren would request for family gatherings. No one, not even a stranger, could ever mistake Virginia’s smile as a symbol of her sincere desire to love others like Jesus did.
