Smith, Rayford B.

Rayford B. Smith, 83, of Fayetteville, went to be with the Lord on December 2^nd 2017.  He was born in Bainbridge Ga. to William and Susie Smith. Rayford was a Marine in the Korean War and retired from USPS.  He was a member of Community Bible Church and past Deacon of Riverdale First Baptist.  He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Sandra; daughters Rayann Smith, Peggy (Bill) Jackson and Sandy Horton; four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.  A Celebration of life service will be held at 1 pm on December 9^th at Community Bible Church in Stockbridge GA, Reverend Brooks Everett officiating.  In lieu of flowers, the family request donations to Community Bible Church, Southland Health and Rehabilitation or your favorite charity. Georgia Cremation Centers is handling the arrangements.
