Caleb McDonald placed first in the 100 and 200 meter dash, and Donye Mills placed first in the 400 meter dash and Ian Casteel placed first in the 100 meter hurdles.

In distance, Titus Porter placed first in the 800 meter run.

Bainbridge’s relay team of Donye Mills, Deyon Bouie, Caleb Lewis and Caleb McDowell placed first in the 4X100 and the 4X400 meter relays.

BMS also did well in field events. Eric Sanders placed first in the long jump, Deyon Bouie placed first in the high jump and Lawson Chandler placed first in the shot put.

Collectively, those first placed finishers were enough to propel Bainbridge Middle School to an untouchable first place spot and were able to hold off any fear of a second place finish.

The Bainbridge Middle School girls team had an impressive outing, but fell to third place by 22 points. TCCMS and MacIntyre Middle outscored the Lady Cats.

The Lady Cats did take home some individual first place finishes however.

In field events, Emma Briggs placed first in the long jump and Raven Williams placed first in the discus.

On the track, Viviana Schuyler placed first in the 100 meter hurdles.

The Lady Cat relay team of Isabella Dean, Emma Briggs, AhMara Register and Angel Peterson placed first in the 4X400 meter relay.

Both Middle School Teams will be competing next Thursday, April 13, 2017at Hugh Mills Stadium for the Middle School Invitational Championship. The following Middle Schools will be competing for the Middle School Championship:  Southside, Radium Spring, Terrell County Middle, Lee County Middle, Baconton, Albany Middle, Mitchell County Middle, Merry Acres and Bainbridge Middle.
