The “Conversation with Scott Wilson” will begin at 7 p.m., with the Charles H. Kirbo Regional Auditorium doors opening at 6 p.m.
Wilson has appeared in more than 50 film credits from the 1960s to the 2010s—which include In the Heat of the Night, In Cold Blood, The Great Gatsby, Dead Man Walking, Pearl Harbor, and Junebug.
In 1980, Wilson received a Golden Globe nomination for Best Supporting Actor for his role in The Ninth Configuration. From 2011 to 2013, he was a main cast member on AMC’s The Walking Dead—portraying the role of veterinarian and Greene family patriarch, Hershel Greene.
Wilson is also well-known for a reoccurring role on CSI: Crime Scene Investigation.
Prior to the “Conversation,” Student Life, along with the BSC Student Government Association, and BSC Cosmetology, will be hosting a party. This is also free and open to the public. Cosmetology students will be giving “zombie makeovers,” and a haunted room will also be available. Limited refreshments will be provided. Sno Biz Shave Ice will be set up outside the Kirbo Center. This event will be held in the Charles H. Kirbo Regional Center lobby and dining room.
The pre-event will be from 5 p.m. until 6:30 p.m. Guests are encouraged to arrive early for the “Conversation with Scott Wilson.”
