Three teams shot 12-under-par rounds of 60 in two flights Saturday at Bainbridge Country Club, to earn first places at the first annual Robert Baggs Memorial Invitational Golf tournament.

The tournament was named in memory of Robert Baggs, a former Bainbridge High School Bearcats and University of Florida Gators golfer, who won many tournaments at Bainbridge Country Club and lost his life to cancer.

It was played under a two-person best-ball format. Tournament proceeds will benefit BainbridJe Country Club and its youth golf programs.

Also taking part in the tournament were Tucker Greene, Maclane Suber and Hunter Boyd, three members of the Bainbridge High School golf team.
