Isabee’s 10-and-under champions

ISABEE’S 10-YEAR OLD and under girls softball team gets together with their coaches after winning the Bainbridge Leisure Services Department’s 10-year-old and under girls softball championship. Team Isabee’s 10-year-old and under Bainbridge Leisure Services Department girls softball team, coached by Leah Bibby and Greg Harrell, has won their division championship.

The team, sponsored by Isabee’s Clothing,  finished with an outstanding 10-1-1 record. Team members included catcher Bree Powell, third baseman Mia Boone, first baseman McKynleigh Harrell, shortstop Anna Beth Bibby and left canter fielder Mabry Grace Briggs.

Also contributing to the championship were pitcher Sydnee Strickland, right fielders Katie Calhoun and Macy Webb, right center fielder Daryn Lambert, left fielder Katlynn Strickland, right center fielder Grace Hathcoat, left fielder Jada Pearson and left-center fielder Diamond Kimble.

Coach Bibby and coach Harrell both praised their team for their strong performance, describing the championship run as a team effort.

“We are very proud of the girls and their ambition to learn the game,” Coach Bibby said.

“We are also proud of their hard work which was necessary to win in such a tough competition,” added Coach Harrell.
