Funeral services for Calvin Kegler Sr., 92, of Bainbridge, Ga., will be held Saturday, April 30, at 3 p.m. at Nelson Chapel A.M.E. Church with the Rev. James Platt officiating.

Interment will be in Jonas Lobe Cemetery.

Mr. Kegler was born in Blakely, Ga., on Aug. 15, 1918, and died April 23, 2011, in Bainbridge. He was retired and a member of Nelson Chapel A.M.E. Church.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Luevenia Kegler.

Survivors include five sons, Joseph, Calvin, Johnny, Andrew and Willie Kegler; four daughters, Mae Eva Drew, Bertha, Dothey Kegler and Betty Rashada; 17 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.
