Elcan-King fourth-graders inducted

On Feb. 11, Elcan-King Elementary School inducted 25 fourth-graders as charter members of the school’s National Elementary Honor Society. These fourth-graders qualified as members of the NEHS based on their academics, community/school involvement and leadership qualities. Keynote speaker, Decatur County School Superintendent Fred Rayfield, delivered a message to the new inductees encouraging them to continue to use their God-given abilities, remain motivated, and keep a positive attitude to accomplish even more success in their lives.
