Funeral services for Dorothy Haire, 87, of Colquitt, Ga., were held Sunday, Jan. 30, at Sheffield Funeral Chapel in Colquitt with Bobby Glover and Rev. Ritchie Vaughn officiating.

Interment followed at Eldorendo Baptist Church Cemetery.

Mrs. Haire was born Feb. 16, 1923, and died Friday, Jan. 28, 2011, at Miller County Hospital. She was a homemaker and a member of Eldorendo Baptist Church.

She is survived by one son, Watson Haire of Colquitt; four daughters, Gail Glover of Donalsonville, Charolotte Teague and Kay Miller, both of Bainbridge, and Pat Spooner of Colquitt; one brother, Nelson Chambless of Colquitt; 13 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.

Colquitt Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
