Decatur County Citizens Against Domestic Violence announces October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month. A “Proclamation Rally” will be held on Wednesday, Sept. 29, at 1:30 p.m. in Willis Park in Downtown Bainbridge. A candlelight vigil will be held Thursday, Oct. 14, at 6:30 p.m. outside the Bainbridge First United Methodist Church’s J.O. Smith Activities Building.
