Bainbridge Planning Commission to meet

The Bainbridge City Planning Board will meet Tuesday, May 18, at 5 p.m. in the City Council chambers at City Hall, 101 S. Broad St., with the following agenda:

 Applicant Alltel Communication requests a conditional use to allow a telecommunications tower on their property located at 1206 Dothan Road.

 Applicants Maybell Jackson and Rosa Washington request a rezoning for their property located at 618 W. Green St. The current zoning is UR-9 and the requested zoning is to Neighborhood Business.

 Applicant Turner Brock requests a rezoning for his property located at 1712 Shotwell St. The current zoning is Institutional and the requested zoning is to Highway Commercial.

 Applicant Jon McRae requests a 9-foot variance on the side setback for his property located at 914 E. Shotwell St.
