Eva I. Cloud, 91, passed away Wednesday, Jan. 30, 2013, at Bainbridge Health Care.
The funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 2, 2013, at Bethany Baptist Church, with the Rev. David Grubbs and the Rev. Donna Bevels officiating. Interment will follow at Bethany Baptist Church Cemetery with John Janecek, Tim Ray, David Ray, Kelly Mount, Morris Nichols, and Willie Bell serving as active pallbearers.
The family will receive friends from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 1, 2013, at Ivey Funeral Home.
Eva was born Jan. 29, 1922, in Orlando, Fla., the daughter of James Walter Riddle and Omie Mae Stubbs Riddle. She was a retired attendant at Bainbridge State Hospital and a member of First Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husbands, Charles Edward Ray and Laymond M. Cloud; her son, Fredrick Lee Bridges; her brother, Edgar Riddle; and her sisters, Hilda Adams and Louise Puckett.
Survivors include her sons, Charles Ray and his wife, Kathleen, of Colquitt, Ga., Larry Ray and his wife, Ann, of Montgomery, Texas, Glenn Ray of Gonzales, La., and Mance Cloud of Adel, Ga.; her stepson Dwight Cloud and his wife, Beth, of Lovejoy, Fla.; her stepdaughter, Gail Mount and her husband, Kelly, of Chipley, Fla.; 19 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
Ivey Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
