As Bainbridge Community Band Director Paschal Ward said, they turned the lights down low at Memorial Coliseum so the audience could at least feel like the traditional Christmas Eve concert is at Willis Park. The annual Christmas Eve sing-along concert, which was the first for the Community Band instead of the Bainbridge British Brass Band, was moved on Thursday evening because of rain showers. Despite the weather, at least 100 audience members accompanied lead singer Leigh Mullis in singing the National Anthem and about a half dozen Christmas carols.
