Woodmen of the World presents American flags and patriotic literature to churches, schools and organizations.

The featured luncheon address will be given by Lt. Col. Dave Stewart, director of the award-winning Bainbridge High School Air Force Junior ROTC program.

Carroll and Hayes will lay a wreath on the park monument, honoring the memory of deceased Decatur County veterans of all wars.

Also during the park ceremony, the Bainbridge High School Bearcat Band will play the national anthem and the Junior ROTC color guard will present the colors and raise the American flag.

The band will play a drum roll while the names of Decatur County veterans, who have passed away since last Veterans Day, are read.

Stewart retired from active duty in 2010 after serving 25 years as a U.S. Air Force pilot.

He flew the Air Force’s T-37, T-38, KC-135, C-9, C-172, C-182, PA-28, and P-A-32 aircraft and was an instructor pilot in all, except the T-38.
