The Laymen Brotherhood Second Chance Outreach Center Inc. will host a free defensive driving seminar on Sunday, March 15, at 3 p.m., at the Bainbridge Church of God Annex, located at 205 Independent St. The guest speaker will be Karen Beasley of the Georgia Department of Driver Services and Driver Improvement office in Albany, Ga.
