The Bainbridge Middle School eighth grade boys’ basketball team played two games last week that resulted in wins for the team.

On Monday, the team hosted Thomas County Central, and on Saturday the team traveled to Pelham. The Cats came away with two wins, extending their record to 8-0.

KJ Cochran led all scorers with 17 points. Jafus Ferguson had 10, Dante Broadnax put in 9, Tevon Moore had 8, Kedrick Bryant scored 2, Ahmari Borden had 2, TyShawn Galloway 2, Ahmarion Ford scored 2 and Jadrin Miller had 2

Against Pelham, Cochran led all scorers again with 18 points. Dante Broadnax had 12, Jafus Ferguson had 4, Kedrick Bryant had 3, AJ Grant scored 3, Tevon Moore scored 2 and Ahmari Borden scored 2.

The 8th Grade Cats had two away games this week before the Christmas break.

Wednesday the team traveled to Cairo and on Thursday the team traveled to Early County.
