Miss Larkin to wed Dr. Allen

Freddie and Gwendolyn M. Larkin of Attapulgus announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter Nicole Larkin to Willie Allen of Leesburg, Ga.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Richard and Lottie Knight, the late Wlllie Larkin and the late Felix and Nancy McNair.

Miss Larkin received a Bachelor’s in Music Education from Valdosta State University and a Master’s in Special Education from Grand Canyon University.

The groom-to-be is the son of Sandra Tukes and the late Willie Allen Sr. His grandparents are Beulah Allen and the late Mr. and Mrs. Greene.

Dr. Allen is a graduate of Georgia Southwestern University with a Bachelor of Science and Arts in English, received a Master of Science in Post Secondary Education from Troy University and a Doctoral Degree in Educational Leadership from Columbus State University.

The wedding is planned for Thursday, October 29 at 11 a.m. in Valdosta.
