PSL ad staff brings home GPA awards

The Post-Searchlight’s ad staff, left-to-right, Jason Smith, Nichole Buchanan, Ralph Dobson and William Hand received more than 20 first and second place awards from the Georgia Press Association last week, including and award for Ad Idea of the Year. The advertisement that won was created by Smith for Tuten Chiropractic Center.

The Post-Searchlight received 10 first place awards and 13 second place awards at the Georgia Press Association Awards Luncheon held in Macon, GA last Thursday.

Competing in the category with all Georgia newspapers with frequency of less than daily, but more than weekly, The Post-Searchlight was also awarded with the prestigious Ad Idea of the Year Award for an ad designed for Tuten Chiropractic. This award is given annually to one daily newspaper and one weekly newspaper.
