The members of the Decatur County Artists’ Guild came out in force and the Firehouse Gallery was abuzz with activity getting the 20th annual spring show hung, Sunday, March 3.
The opening reception for the exhibit is Thursday, March 7, from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m., and the public is invited. Catering is by Port City Deli.
The exhibit is one of the biggest shows the guild has ever put together and includes two genres not exhibited in the group before: fiber art and stained glass.  The public will also enjoy a wonderful array of paintings, photography and mixed media assemblages.
The 20th Annual Spring Show is in the Firehouse Gallery at 119 W. Water St.  Show dates and hours  are March 8-10 and March 15-17, from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
