Mrs. Eula Ellen Addison Cox Kelly, age 92, passed away at her home on March 9, 2024. Services for Mrs. Kelly will be held on Wednesday, March 13, 2024 at 11:00 a.m.
in the Cadwell Chapel of Cox-Ivey Funeral Home with Rev. Larry Harrell officiating. The interment will follow in Attapulgus City Cemetery. Jazz McMillan, Chance Cook,
J. W. Mixon, Ty Musgrove, Michael Musgrove, and Brandon Jenkins will serve as pallbearers. Wesley Cox, Clayton McMillan, Mason Musgrove, and Gabriel Cook will
serve as honorary pallbearers. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service beginning at 10:00 a.m.
Mrs. Kelly was born on March 21, 1931 to her parents William Amos Addison and Ethel Haire Addison who have preceded her in death. She was preceded in death by her
first husband of 34 years, Clayton Wesley Cox. On June 5, 1982, she married her soul mate, Robert Clayton Kelly. For the past 41 years, they have celebrated their blended
families. She worked in customer service for many years at the Golden Corral and enjoyed gardening, fishing and cooking good food for everyone.
Mrs. Eula Ellen Kelly is survived by her husband, Robert Clayton Kelly; her children, Ricky Wesley Cox, Clayton LaDon (Don) Cox, and Orrie Cox Worn all of
Bainbridge, Georgia and Yvonne Cox Scully (Ron) of Ochlocknee; her step-children Debra Cliett of Arkansas, David Kelly (Becky) and Tammy Miller (Mark) of Bainbridge
and Robbie Turner (Ray) of Crawford, West Virginia; and 21 grandchildren, four step-grandchildren as well as numerous great- grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
She is also survived by her sister, Geneva Dollar of Bainbridge. She was predeceased by her parents, her first husband, her sons, Denver Cox and Ronnie Cox and her siblings, Paul Addison, Silas Addison, Brownie Addison Pate, Adel Addison Rich Brown, and Inez Addison Mock.
