Martha Eugenia (Jeanne) Benton, age 66, passed away Sunday, September 18, 2022, in Thomasville, Georgia.  Services for Ms. Benton will be held at 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, September 21, at the Cadwell Chapel of Cox Funeral Home.  The Rev. Marty Brock will officiate.  Jeanne will be interred in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery.  The family will receive friends immediately following the service.

Jeanne was born June 27, 1956, in Albany, Georgia, to Allen Eugene Sadler and Martha Ann Phillips Sadler.  Jeanne was a homemaker.  She enjoyed the simple things in life.  She had a green thumb and loved working in her flowers.  She enjoyed taking walks and driving down country roads.  She liked to watch Western movies and listen to Christian and old Rock and Roll music.  Jeanne deeply loved Jesus.  A dedicated mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, Jeanne Benton will be deeply missed by her family and her many, many friends.

Martha Eugenia Benton is survived by her children, Misty Evans (Rick), Amanda Benton, and Mark Benton; siblings, Kim Sellars (David), Tracy Ann Reynolds, and Trent Warden Reynolds; grandchildren, Zach, Tia, Kaileigh, Benny, Taylor, Andrew, Melody, Kiana, Cali, and Angelina; great-grandchildren, Natalie, Kavion, and Korbyn; and numerous nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her father, Allen Eugene Sadler, and her mom and dad, Martha Ann Phillips Reynolds and Jim Reynolds.
