Saundra LaJean Faircloth was born September 17, 1962, in Bainbridge, Ga., the daughter of Carl & Jeanette Faircloth. Sandy worked as an instructor at Bainbridge State Hospital, retiring with many fond memories of the patients she came to love. She was a member of West Street Baptist Church.
Sandy had a heart for people and pets. Her own dogs brought her much happiness and loved she was a “home body”. A dry sense of humor and tendency to aggravate were components of her love language. Sandy enjoyed visits with family and friends and often got lost in the side stories. Chloe was always center stage as Sandy beamed with delight taking in every second of life through the eyes of her granddaughter.
Survivors include her daughter, Brittany Marshall and her husband, Theodore; her granddaughter & apple of her eye, Chloe; her sister, Tonya Williams and her husband, Leslie, of Lake Seminole; several nieces and nephews, a host of extended family, and her loyal canine companion, Pepper. In addition to her parents, Sandy was preceded in death by her brothers, Mike Faircloth and Leonard Faircloth; her sister, Terri Faircloth; and Cocoa, a beloved pet.
