Miss Cato to wed Mr. Wood

Dennis and Tracy Cato of Bainbridge, Ga., are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Caitlin Cato of Bainbridge, Ga., to Zachary Wood, of Swainsboro Ga., the son of Spencer and Wanda Wood.

The bride-elect is a 2013 graduate of Bainbridge High School, graduated from the University of Georgia in 2017, where she majored in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. She is currently a Chemistry graduate student in Athens, Ga. at UGA.

The groom-to-be is a 2013 graduate of Swainsboro High School and also from Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College in 2017, where he majored in Natural Resource Management. He is employed as a wild land firefighter.

The wedding is planned for August 15, 2020 in Athens.
