Ms. Alli Luggan, 65, passed away at Archbold Hospital in Thomasville, Georgia.  No public services will be held.

Ms. Luggan was born in Leningrad, Russia on March 11, 1955.  She was a graduate of the University of Florida.  Alli worked as a psychologist in the Florida and Georgia state prison systems.  A resident of Bainbridge, Georgia, she passed away May 4, 2020.
