Clara Mae was one of a few that made money from her hobby. She was a talented seamstress and sewed anything for most anyone. She enjoyed the outdoors and tending her plants. Walker, and Kenneth & Fay Lasseter; her siblings, Alice Fay Humphries, Patsy Bryan, William Dodson, and Archie Dodson; her many grandchildren including Alexis Mary Mae Roberts whom she raised as her own child; and her numerous great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Clara Mae was preceded in death by her husband of 32 years, Garrett Lassester; her stepson, Tim Clark; and her brother, Forrest Dodson.
