The Bainbridge Community Band, under the direction of Mr. Paschal Ward, with Mr. Will Parker assisting, will hold its first rehearsal on Monday, Oct. 28, in the Bainbridge Middle School band room.

The rehearsal will begin at 6:30 p.m. and last until 7:30 p.m. The complete rehearsal schedule for the Christmas Eve event is as follows: Oct. 28, Nov. 4, Nov. 11, Nov. 18, Dec. 2, Dec. 9 and Dec. 23.

All rehearsals will be held in the BMS band room and always beginning at 6:30 p.m. until 7:30 p.m.

The actual performance will be held at the Bainbridge Willis Park Square on Christmas Eve beginning at 6 p.m. Admission is free and the public is invited to come out and sing along with the band.

This event is held yearly and sponsored by The Post-Searchlight.

Anyone new interested in joining the group needs to contact Mr. Ward or Mr. Parker. All individuals requesting membership must own their own instrument and have been playing a band instrument for several years.
