A Celebration of Life Services for Mr. Wilmer Phillips will be held on Saturday, October 5, 2019 at 11:30 a.m. at Saint Thomas Missionary Baptist Church, 198 Edwards Road, Bainbridge, Georgia, with Pastor Willie Smiley, officiating. Interment will follow in New Messiah Church Cemetery. No Public Visitation. Care and direction entrusted to Collins Family Mortuary.
