Digital marketing class scheduled for local businesses in Bainbridge

Area small businesses will have the opportunity to learn valuable digital marketing strategies to reach customers during a full day class on Wednesday September 25th in Bainbridge.

The University of Georgia Small Business Development Center (SBDC) will teach Accelerate Your Digital Marketing to provide effective digital marketing strategies and trends to local business owners and key managers.

Debbie Finney, Entrepreneur Development Specialist for UGA SBDC explained, “In one full day of accelerate learning, business owners will get up to speed on digital strategies and best practices to reach customers in today’s digital world.

The class includes learning how to make search engines work for business, the do’s and don’ts of Social Media marketing, keys to successful e-mail marketing, how great content engages customers, and best practices to reach customers. Participants leave with a copy of our Digital Marketing Checklist and many other tools and tactics to take back to their business. I encourage all local businesses to register as soon as possible so they can take advantage of the early bird discount.”

The class runs from 9AM to 4PM and costs $39 using the early bird discount and includes lunch. The Bainbridge class will be held at the Kirbo Center, Southern Regional Technical College, 2500 E. Shotwell Street, Bainbridge.
