The 140-plus acre sportsman retreat includes 50-plus acre trophy bass lake. Other features of the property include ancient live oaks, docks, boat ramps, 42-plus acres in food plots for hunting deer, dove, turkey and wild quail. The property is located at 285 Bethany Church Road in Brinson.

Bidders are required to submit a bidder deposit in the amount of $10,000 payable by personal or business check, cashier’s check or wire transfer. The bidder’s deposit is refunded to unsuccessful bidders.

The property is available for showing from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. ET, beginning Sunday, Sept. 15, Monday, Sept. 16, or anytime by appointment.

The live auction is scheduled for Wednesday, Sept. 18, and will be held at The Pond House restaurant located at 249 Bethany Church Rd. in Brinson. Registration will start at 2 p.m. and the auction will start at 4 p.m.
