Mr. Lloyd Stanley Savage, age 75, passed away Wednesday, August 7, 2019, at his home in Cairo, Georgia. A Celebration of Life will be held at Abundant Life Binders and Believers, 242 Fifth Street NE, Cairo, Georgia, Friday, August 9, at 6 p.m.

Lloyd Stanley Savage was born October 14, 1943, in Jacksonville, Florida, to Elloyd Henry Savage and Mildred Louise Harris Savage. Lloyd served in the United States Coast Guard. Before his retirement, he worked as a refrigeration mechanic for Winn Dixie. Lloyd loved to hunt and fish. He was a simple man that enjoyed being at home. Lloyd Savage will be greatly missed by his family and friends.

Mr. Savage is survived by his mother, Mildred Savage of Ocean Springs, Mississippi; his children, Kerry Coleman and husband, David of Cairo, Mark Savage and wife, Karen of Ochlocknee, Georgia, Nicole Sloan and husband, Lanny of Albany, Georgia, and Matthew Savage of Cairo; his sister, Ann Lonnborg and Merrill of Ocean Springs; grandchildren, Andrew Flynn, Tiffany Spooner (Kyle), Kayla Savage, Taylor Savage, Nathan Savage, Corey Key, Cassandra Savage, and Emma Savage; and great-grandchild, Addison Spooner. He was preceded in death by his father, Henry Savage, and brother, Tony Savage.
