Tanner Walker is happy to finally be home.

After finishing his undergraduate degree in Animal Science from the University of Georgia, and his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from UGA as well, Walker will return home to join Bryan and Hight Veterinary clinic.

While at UGA, Walker played intramural sports, served as the events coordinator of Omega Tau Sigma veterinary fraternity and was the chairman of UGA’s Ducks Unlimited Chapter. In May, Walker was honored for excellence in large animal medicine and excellence in surgery during his time on clinics.

In his spare time Walker loves to hunt, fish and boat. He is happy and excited to begin practice as a small animal vet and looks forward to serving the community in the hometown he loves so much.
