Willie James Smart Sr., 67, passed away June 2, 2019 at Miller County Hospital.

Mr. Smart was born November 12, 1951 and has resided in Bainbridge, Georgia. Funeral arrangements are incomplete, but are being handled by Jacobs Mortuary
