Lillian Ruth (Fye) Hetrick, 90, passed away peacefully at 8:45am on Monday May 27, 2019. Her husband and “kids” were with her for the past week, so she was full of love when she passed. Lil was born November 1, 1928 in Clarence, Pennsylvania. She has been a resident of Bainbridge, Georgia for the past 13 years with her husband, Ward Hetrick. Prior to that, she was a longtime resident of the Toms River, New Jersey area.

Lil was a member of St. Andrew UMC in Toms River, New Jersey. She was a past president of the Asbury Park Elks Lady’s Auxiliary in 1985 and was also a member of the Holiday City Organization of Silverton.

She was a loving mom, nana, aunt, and much more to everyone who crossed her path. She is survived by her loving husband of 69 years, Ward Hetrick, her sister, Francis Shaw, her children, Gary and Sue Hetrick, Patti and Wes Ferry, Tami and Andy LeCompte and Jeffrey and Julie Hetrick.   She is also survived by her 9 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren whom she loved dearly, and countless nieces, nephews and extended family that she welcomed into her home.
