Mary Katherine Robinson was born April 26, 1969, in Granada Hills, Calif., the daughter of Roger Robinson and Vera Louise Sizemore. Formerly of Mississippi, Mary moved here in 1987 to make Bainbridge her permanent home.  She was Baptist by faith.  Family was the most important thing to Mary and she spent her days nurturing her children and grandchildren. Mary had a kind heart and generous soul.  Her favorite past times included sewing, arts & crafts, and cooking.  Everyone loved to see Mary bring baked goods to all the family gatherings, knowing full well she could make dirt taste good.

Survivors include her husband, Stevie Scott; her children, James Robinson and his wife, Tya, of Bainbridge, Chris Scott and his wife, Kristin, also of Bainbridge, and Jason Scott, and his wife, Amanda, of Atlanta; her mother, Vera S. Robinson; her siblings, Jennifer & Tommy Bryant of Climax, Ga., Roger & Lisa Robinson of Gravid, Alaska and Leslie & Tiffany Robinson of Bainbridge; her grandchildren, Makaylee, Savannah, Madison, Isabella, Angelina, and Caleb; and her furry companion, Rebel. In addition to her father, Roger Robinson, Mary Robinson Scott was preceded in death by her step-dad, James Jacobson; and her brother, Chris Jacobson.
