Chamber seeks nominations for Bainbridge under 40 Young Professional of the Year Award

The Bainbridge Decatur County Chamber of Commerce announced a new award set to debut this year at the Annual Awards Celebration in June. The Bainbridge Under 40 Young Professional of the Year is an award designed to honor and celebrate emerging leaders and professionals in the varying sectors of Bainbridge’s business community.
“Bainbridge is home to a host of young professionals that work daily to make their mark through excellence and innovation in their professions and through their commitment to building a stronger region,” said Lauren Minor, president of the Bainbridge Decatur County Chamber of Commerce. “We are honored to recognize these diverse, outstanding professionals and proud they’ve chosen to live, work, and invest in Bainbridge.”
Nominations for the Bainbridge Under 40 Young Professional of the Year will be solicited through April 26, 2019. The Bainbridge community is encouraged to submit nominations on the chamber’s website. From those nominated, finalists will be chosen from each of the seventeen predetermined business categories.
Finalists will be invited to the Chamber’s Annual Awards Celebration, a community-wide awards ceremony held on June 13th, 2019, where the overall Young Professional of the Year winner will be announced along with the Small Business of the Year, Large Business of the Year, Kiwanis Club’s Man of the Year, and Pilot Club’s Woman of the Year.
