Mrs. Marjorie “Margie” Haire, born December 24, 1944, passed away on March 20, 2019.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, March 30, 2019, at 2 p.m. at Morris Temple First Born Church, 300 Poplar Ave., Bainbridge, Ga., with Elder Perry Gibbons, Pastor and Elder Clifford V. Williams, Officiating.

Interment will follow at New Hope M.B. Church Cemetery on the Miller/Baker County Line, Colquitt, Ga. Repast will follow at Morris Temple First Born Church dining hall immediately following the committal service.

A Time to be Born: Mrs. Marjorie “Elaine” Haire who was also called “Elaine”, daughter of the late Dan Haire and Ethel Wilson Haire.

A Time to Die: On Wednesday, March 20, 2019, Margie “Elaine” departed this earthly life for eternal life.

A Time to Plant: Margie, as she was affectionately known by many, was educated in the Miller County School System. She worked in Havana, Fla., with a tobacco company, and while living in New Jersey she was co-owner of the restaurant, Jack Pot.

A Time to Love: While living in Fort Myers, Fla., she attended church and opened up her heart to the Lord. She married Costella Pee Wee Bouie and had one daughter from that union. She later married Archie Lee Kelly and had one daughter from that union.

A Time to Mourn: Those left to cherish her memory are daughters: Dorothy J. Kelly, Bainbridge, Camilla Ann Wright (Shershile Florence, a special friend), Bainbridge; Four grandchildren, Henery L. Kelley, Bernard X. King, Reginald E. Kelley, Quentero K. Kelley: ten great-grands; sisters and brothers: Betty Dickerson, WP Beach, Fla., James E. Haire, Aurora, Ill. AC Haire preceded in death (Rhunnett) Donalsonville, Ga., Horace Haire, Bainbridge, Connie Haire, preceded in death, Elijah Haire, preceded in Death, Benny Haire, Bainbridge, Queen H. Williams, (Clifford), Cairo, Ga., Lucindy Sancho (William preceded in death), Dandie L. Holmes (Elzina preceded in death), Orlando, Fla., Bertha Pooler (Eddie preceded in death), Jacksonville, Fla., Mae Frances Anderson (Paul preceded in death), Pelham, Ga. A host of loving devoted nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
