Lovers of barbershop music won’t want to miss a concert coming to Bainbridge at the Kirbo Center on Sunday, March 31.

Described as A Barbershop Harmony Event, it will feature the Capital Chordsmen and the sister chorus, The Barbershop Ladies of Tallahassee.

They will present a program of inspirational, patriotic and other barbershop harmonies — a concert sure to please all ages. Old time classics mix with more modern arrangements and styles.

The quartets are formed from members of the choruses who enjoy singing together while spreading a love of barbershop harmony to others.

The music begins at 2:30 p.m. and admission is free. The event is sponsored by the Firehouse Arts Center and made possible by contributions from the Edward T. Fogg Charitable Trust.
