A Celebration of Life Services for Mrs. Rosa Manuel will be held on Saturday, February 23, 2019, at 11 a.m. at New Jerusalem M.B. Church located at 311 1st Street SE, Havana, Florida, with Pastor Lionel Leonard, officiating. Interment will follow in Piney Grove P.B. Church Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday, February 22 from 9 a.m .to 7 p.m. Care and direction entrusted to Collins Family Mortuary.
