A Celebration of Life Service for Mr. Frankie Lee Perkins will be held on Saturday, November 24, 2018 at 1 p.m. at Bouie Memorial Chapel located at 502 West Shotwell Street, Bainbridge, Georgia with Reverend Lonzy Harrison, officiating. Visitation will be Friday, November 23, 2018 from 9 a.m. until 7 p.m. Care and Direction entrusted to Collins Family Mortuary.
